Can I return an item?
Due to COVID-19, all sales are final. Please ensure that you read product descriptions and select the correct size before placing your order.
How fast will my order be processed?
We process all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays and major holidays. We work hard to have orders shipped and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests, please contact us as soon as possible (within two hours) after placing your order. At email@example.com we cannot guarantee that we can modify your order but we will try our best to do so.
Does ChiChi accept After Pay?
Currently we do not accept After Pay but it may be offered in the future.
How long does it take for pick up in store orders to be ready?
Pick up orders will be ready within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will email the email address on file when the order is ready to be picked up.
Does ChiChi restock items?
To ensure exclusivity of the customer experience and our collections we do not restock items.
